Project Coordinator

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 based on experience

We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple moving parts, and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate enjoys being a part of a team and loves seeing a project through from start to finish!


What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, operations, vendors, and finance teams to ensure accurate project tracking, reporting, and project execution
  • Manage project schedules, labor planning, and logistics coordination, ensuring efficient movement of materials, equipment, and resources across multiple projects
  • Develop install plans and coordinate directly with subcontractors and vendors to execute project work on time
  • Track, schedule, and confirm material and equipment shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to support reliable service and delivery performance
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues in real time to keep timelines, scope, and priorities on track
  • Manage project scope changes and change orders, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and communication
  • Create and process purchase orders (POs) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support invoicing, billing, and job reconciliation, including tracking costs and assisting with budget vs. actual analysis and project closeout
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, POs, invoices, change orders, and reports
  • Produce and maintain regular project updates, including status reporting, progress tracking, and risk identification
  • Coordinate and support site visits, ensuring work progress aligns with project standards and expectation
  • All other responsibilities/duties as assigned

  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Experience working across complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Budget management experience for significant projects
