We are looking for a Project Associate to join our team. The right person for this role will be a go-getter and a rising star who will work directly with one of our partners as their right hand on a range of projects.
This position reports to one of our partners. This position is located in Washington, DC, and we require this employee to come into our Dupont Circle Monday through Thursday (option to work remote on Friday).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide support to our partner in managing his day-to-day schedule and administrative tasks;
  • Collaborate on the development of client deliverables, which involves various tasks such as researching, and drafting, formatting, and editing slide presentations and memos;
  • Assist in general office operations and administrative tasks as needed;
  • Any additional duties as assigned.

Preference will be given to candidates with these professional traits and skills:
  • Two to three years of related experience;
  • Interest and experience in politics, government, campaigns and policy;
  • Demonstrated experience in research, writing memos, and building/formatting slide presentations, with a proven ability to prioritize and handle competing priorities;
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with varying levels of staff;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. The ability to maintain exceptional organization while managing multiple priorities is a must;
  • Self-starter who is able to exceed expectations with little direction and do so with creativity; and,
  • Quick-learning and smart-working candidates who genuinely thrive in a fast-paced/rapid-response environment.
