Job description

Reporting to our Manager, Delivery, the Associate Project Manager, Infrastructure will support the execution of all projects related to IT infrastructure across the organization. This role will monitor the delivery progress of projects, coordinate communication across senior leaders and key stakeholders, and maintain delivery artifacts.

What you'll do

  • Enable delivery execution by ensuring coordination, visibility, and readiness across squads.

  • Support the development and maintenance of program and initiative-level plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource tracking.

  • Assist in stakeholder coordination by preparing status updates, gathering inputs, and maintaining regular communication across team members and sponsors.

  • Contribute to program governance by preparing materials for steering committees and delivery forums, and ensuring adherence to established processes.

  • Coordinate and track activities across squads, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, and milestones.

  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting mitigation planning and resolution.

  • Monitor delivery progress against defined plans, ensuring accurate reporting of KPIs, milestones, and status updates.

  • Support change management activities, including updates to scope, schedule, and financials under guidance from Delivery Program Managers.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior project coordination or associate project manager role within IT.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills along with a proactive mindset is a core requirement.

  • Understanding of technical product and delivery lifecycle fundamentals. Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects is considered an asset.

  • Financial management: Basic budgeting support, assisting with forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis.

  • Scope Management: Supporting definition and tracking of outcomes, MVPs, epics, stories, and milestones.

  • Resource Management: Assisting with resource intake, tracking and coordination across internal and partner teams, ensuring work is appropriately staffed and ready for execution.

  • Risk Management: Identifying and tracking risks/issues, supporting mitigation planning, and escalating where required.

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (including SAFe).

  • Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban delivery practices.

  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills across multiple teams and levels of an organization, along with empathy and emotional intelligence.

  • Working experience with the MS Suite is required, especially Excel and PowerPoint, along with Jira.

  • Knowledge of Confluence, Lucid, Delivery Central, MS Project, and Planview is desired.

Broadband Salary Range:$64,000.00 - $106,000.00
