Job description

Most people want a job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career.

At Glacier Roofing & Exteriors, we help homeowners and businesses rebuild, restore and upgrade their home or property, often after storm-related damage.

We move fast, care deeply about craftsmanship and believe great companies are built by great people who take ownership and see the power of a team.

We are hiring a Project Assistant who thrives in organized chaos, communicates clearly, and loves helping projects move from "sold" to "successfully completed."

This is not a sit-back-and-watch role, and it's not for someone who needs a slow, predictable day to stay on top of things. Jobs move fast, priorities shift fast, and you need to be able to move with them. This is for someone who wants to grow, solve problems and become a key player inside a rapidly growing company. This can be a full-time or seasonal role.

What You'll Do

You will work directly alongside our Operations, Sales, and Support teams to help keep projects on track and clients informed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with residential and commercial roofing & exterior projects, often on multiple jobs at once
  • Deliver materials to jobsites and schedule returns — on time, every time
  • Communicate with homeowners, team members, trade partners, and insurance personnel, often the same day something changes
  • Manage project details inside our CRM and Google Workspace systems in real time
  • Handle inspections, punch lists, supplements, and warranty follow-ups without letting things slip
  • Keep jobs organized and moving to completion at a high level, even when priorities shift
  • Support production and operations workmanship with day-to-day execution
  • Market our services to neighborhoods and communities we serve
  • Sign up new clients for residential and commercial roofing & exterior project

Who This Role Is For

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Has experience in sales, customer service, construction, remodeling, or wants to get into the home improvement industry
  • Enjoys working outside
  • Loves staying organized and keeping multiple projects moving
  • Communicates confidently with clients, our team, and crews
  • Is tech-comfortable and willing to learn new systems quickly
  • Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • Wants to grow sales/marketing experience and gain exposure to leadership positions
  • Thrives in a competitive, high-paced, performance-driven team culture — not just tolerates it

This role is not a fit for someone who prefers a slow, low-pressure pace or a rigid, one-task-at-a-time routine. If you need calm and predictability to do good work, this isn't the right team for you. If fast, busy, and constantly shifting sounds energizing rather than stressful, keep reading.

Seasonal and full-time positions available.

We Are Building a Roofing Company Known For

  • Elite customer experience
  • High-level craftsmanship
  • Strong team culture and accountability
  • Growth opportunities for the right people
  • Doing what we say we are going to do

As we continue expanding, there will be opportunities to advance into sales estimator, project manager, sales manager, production, and operations roles for team members who consistently perform and lead well.

Compensation & Growth

  • Pay range: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Performance-based incentives, commissions, and bonus opportunities
  • Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility as the company grows
  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company focused on long-term development

If you are the type of person who wants more than "just another job," and you are ready to grow with a company that values execution, leadership, and integrity, we would love to connect with you.

Why Join Glacier?

Glacier is a regional leader in roofing and exterior restoration, built by people who take pride in their work and own their results. Our team is made up of driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
