We're looking for a Project Assistant to support our team with pricing, logistics coordination, and project trackingespecially for exciting large-scale projects like wind energy initiatives. You'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact)

You'll help keep projects on track, organized, and successful:

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist Project Managers with RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
  • Maintain project spreadsheets, logs, and activity tracking
  • Track loads from pickup to delivery to ensure timelines are met

Pricing & Data Entry

  • Enter loads, pricing quotes, and project data into database for processing
  • Help prepare competitive pricing bids and proposals
  • Analyze numbers to support pricing accuracy

Logistics & Operations

  • Support route planning, permitting, and survey requests
  • Help create and organize survey reports
  • Track and document detention charges and project activity

Communication & Customer Service

  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal teams, and agencies
  • Provide friendly, responsive customer support
  • Keep everyone informed and projects running smoothly

Administrative Support

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and keep project files organized and up to date

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree in Business or Administrative Support preferred
  • 12 years of transportation, logistics, or administrative experience preferred

Compensation:
