What You'll Do

  • Support project execution by coordinating daily activities with customers, project stakeholders, subcontractors, and field personnel
  • Assist with project scheduling, reporting, inspections, quality tracking, and documentation management
  • Track and coordinate materials, tools, equipment, rentals, and shipping and receiving activities
  • Monitor project schedules and support field operations to help ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
  • Assist with jobsite safety meetings, inspections, audits, and compliance initiatives
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Payroll, Safety, and Sales teams to support project success
  • Review and maintain project records, including weld maps, quality documentation, and third-party resource tracking
  • Learn construction methods, field layouts, equipment installation, and project management processes through hands-on experience
  • Identify and help resolve project challenges while supporting efficient field execution


What You'll Bring

  • Associate degree in a technical field, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industrial construction experience will also be considered
