Position Title: Project Analyst
Location: Washington D.C, VA
Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret required (TS/SCI preferred)

Position Overview
OMNI is seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to support a mission-critical program for a key law enforcement customer. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy coordinating across diverse stakeholders, and take ownership of delivering high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track project workflows across multiple classified and unclassified environments, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely execution.
  • Input, validate, and maintain data across secure databases, systems, and reporting tools with a high degree of precision. Assess, prioritize and route inbound tasks based on established protocols.
  • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of translation and language support projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Create and manage tasks, assignments, and workflows within customer-specific systems; provide user support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating communication between linguists, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; elevate issues and recommend solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Deliver daily status updates and briefings to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring full transparency on project progress and challenges.
  • Conduct final quality reviews of deliverables to ensure adherence to customer requirements, timelines, and performance standards.
  • Track project funding at the requirement level and collaborate with leadership to manage financial constraints and priorities.
  • Participate in project lifecycle events, including kick-offs, status reviews, and close-out activities.
  • Leverage translation technologies and tools to improve efficiency and consistency across deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of streamlined workflows and best practices

Job requirements
  • Two (2) or more years' experience with analytical techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and professionally formatted work products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
