Job Description Project Analyst Location: Exeter, RI Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: $75,000 annually Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support project delivery and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives in Exeter, RI. This position will coordinate project information, maintain schedules and documentation, track milestones and deliverables, and provide reporting and analytical support throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal Project Analyst has 2-5 years of experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working across engineering, suppliers, project management, and other business functions.

This role requires strong project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills. The Project Analyst will play an important role in keeping projects organized, accurately documented, and on schedule while supporting project managers and cross-functional teams from initial planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and New Product Development initiatives Maintain project schedules, action registers, documentation, project plans, and records Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and progress against established timelines Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on outstanding deliverables Support project governance, approvals, and stage-gate processes Maintain accurate project information within Wrike and other project management systems Develop project status reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership Analyze project performance data and provide insights to support project decisions Identify potential schedule, resource, or delivery risks and escalate issues when appropriate Support the development of business cases, gate approval documentation, and project updates Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather updates and maintain project timelines Track supplier deliverables, documentation, and project-related communications Support supplier performance reviews and project lessons-learned activities Maintain product, project, pricing, cost, specification, and related data within applicable systems Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, change requests, and product lifecycle processes Validate project and product information to maintain data accuracy and completeness Collaborate with engineering, project management, suppliers, and other cross-functional stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery and New Product Development Document project learnings, best practices, and process improvements Identify opportunities to improve project reporting, governance, documentation, and project management processes Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Project Specialist, Project Support professional, or similar role Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and workstreams Experience maintaining project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables Experience preparing project documentation, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret project data Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to identify project risks, delays, and outstanding deliverables requiring follow-up Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience using project management, reporting, or business systems Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field Experience with Wrike project management software Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) or New Product Introduction (NPI) projects Experience within automotive, manufacturing, engineering, product development, or another technical environment Experience working with suppliers, vendors, or external business partners Experience supporting stage-gate or formal project governance processes Experience with product lifecycle management and change requests Experience working with international suppliers or global project teams Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
