What you'll be doing

As a Senior Project Coordinator, Enterprise Real Estate & Workplace Transformation, you will support the day to day activities of Program delivery teams. You will ensure the program governance processes are effectively managed and practices are adhered to across the program and aligned with the larger CIBC Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) and other enterprise-wide CIBC program delivery policies and standards. You will be responsible to support planning and execution of various Real Estate and Transformation initiatives with a key focus on governance and controls.

How you'll succeed

  • Project Coordination -You will work with Project Managers and other team members throughout all phases of the Program lifecycle. You will perform Project Control functions and provide technical, administrative guidance & support on key project artifact deliverables (e.g. administrative procedures/processes, workplans, business case support, etc.) Assist to develop, manage, and control schedules by making continuous updates, escalating issues when necessary. Proactively identify, capture & communicate key program activities including anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem.
  • Tracking & Reporting - You will track progress on milestones, response/resolution plans, change requests, issues & risks. You process information with a high degree of accuracy with attention to the details. Support monthly & quarterly project accruals and financial reporting. Coordinate flow & management of documents for team and perform updates/reviews as required (using tools such as Sharepoint, Planview, Shared drive). You have good time management skills. Assist or lead the preparation of high quality, and compelling materials for various team and management meetings as required.
  • Communication - Well developed written & verbal communication skills. Ability to produce a variety of business documents with clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation. Ability to articulate factual and conceptual information which require detailed explanation or interpretation.
