Job Summary:

The PA will be assisting the Project Manager in issuing purchase reqs, making sure receipts are in place, manage trading/billing.

Job Description:

The Project Specialist is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Plan / coordinate activities across functions to fulfill a customer order and ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure on-time delivery in accordance with contract

Understand and analyze customer order specifications, and communicate requirements to the extended project teams

Respond rapidly to technical and commercial queries from all parties/functions

Coordinate disposition of all non-conformances to contract requirements

Ensure quality control

Coordinate with customer and OTR Matrix teams.

Analyze project data and compile reports for program team

Tracking of open project deliverables with ability to drive execution plan to closure


Qualifications

Qualifications:

 Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

 Minimum of 2 years Project Admin exp.

SAP and Quality Assurance or Quality Control
