We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field, along with 4 to 8 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and timelines
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project team members to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage procurement, and negotiation with suppliers and vendors
  • Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction projects
