Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in providing comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Oversee office scheduling, coordinate meetings, and manage appointments for the leadership team.
  • Arrange travel plans, including booking transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the leadership team when necessary.
  • Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Project Coordination
  • Assist in planning and coordinating multiple office projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
