Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Full Time
Job Responsibilities
Pennoni is currently looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for our Leesburg, VA office with experience consistent but not limited to:
  • Working on office administrative tasks
  • Data entry into Deltek
  • Proofreading, formatting, finalizing proposals, reports and other documents
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • A/R Collections
  • Office Supplies
  • Coordinate Facility Maintenance
  • Coordinate for In-house meetings
  • Mail
  • Shipping/Receiving

Required Attributes
  • Years of experience: 2-5
  • A High School Diploma is required
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and with others
  • Deadline oriented
  • Multi-tasking
