Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Project Support (Rebar Fabrication)
Location: On-site | Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Summary:
Seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to handle email communications, office tracking, and digital project filing for a growing rebar fabrication business. Offers growth potential to learn plan reading, change order writing, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Core Admin: Monitor and forward emails, file correspondence, and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
Document Control: Organize digital project files, including RFIs, PDF submittals, job status logs, and construction drawings.
Growth Tasks (As Able): Assist with drafting change orders, evaluating RFIs, reading structural plans, and tracking job priorities.
Qualifications
Required: Basic Microsoft Excel skills, strong email etiquette, and high attention to detail with digital filing.
