Job description

Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Administrative Services Assistant and provide a wide variety of professional and confidential administrative support as well as data entry to the facility's Substation Engineer organization. This assignment will support all organization Managers & Supervisors and serve as a Contract Administrative Team Lead, providing knowledge transfer, motivation and leadership to other admin team members and as a resource for the admin team and other internal organization personnel, providing administrative assistance as requested.
This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 4 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $31.22 and $36.09 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration/Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related field is preferred.
6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required.
4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office 2010/16 proficiency required).
Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint sufficient to:
Support, manage, edit and maintain site.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
