Project Coordinator
The Opportunity:
As a Project Coordinator, you understand the complexity of supporting high-visibility efforts from planning through execution. Successful programs require disciplined coordination, clear communication, and careful management of limited resources to keep priorities moving forward. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help drive success through strong organization, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day execution support.
In this role, you will work closely with the customer and a rotating group of Site POCs to support implementation of a high-priority effort. You will manage customer engagement and coordination activities, send kickoff meeting invitations and communications, facilitate kickoffs, update slide decks, run MRRs, and maintain project artifacts across SharePoint lists, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
You will collaborate regularly with project managers, customers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to support tactical planning, track progress, and ensure timely follow-through on action items. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience using collaboration and reporting tools such as SharePoint and Power BI to keep complex efforts organized and moving forward.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience with project management
  • 2+ years of experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, including building a project schedule from baseline
  • Experience creating executive-level documentation, reports, white papers, and briefings
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
