We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our company and support our Doniphan, NE location. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing plant and field operations by ensuring daily administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will provide front office reception support, collaborate with production, agronomy, and external partners, and manage essential administrative functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll reporting, data entry, document control, and records management. With strong attention to detail and accuracy, you will prepare correspondence and reports, support contract administration and purchasing needs, assist with quality and training documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be 100% on-site at the location.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to manufacturing plant and field operations

  • Perform daily reception activities effectively and welcome visitors and business partners to the location

  • Collaborate with site production, agronomy, and external partners

  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processing for the site

  • Create, develop, and maintain data entry processes across departments

  • Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy

  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports

  • Assist with contract administration duties, office supply ordering, and other plant purchasing needs

  • Assist with records management around quality programs and training

  • Support Continuous Improvement activities around Safety, Quality, and Productivity

  • Tracking documentation and assist training coordinator for proper document control

  • Run payroll reports and review for data accuracy

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
