IT Systems Administrator

Are you passionate about technology and ensuring systems run smoothly and securely? Join Sapp Bros., Inc. as an IT Systems Administrator and play a critical role in maintaining the robust infrastructure that powers our nationwide operations. In this fully remote position, you'll work closely with a talented IT team to deliver high availability, strong security, and optimal performance all while supporting our core mission of Blessing and Serving others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain physical and virtual server environments (Windows-focused)
  • Perform regular Windows patching, updates, and proactive system maintenance
  • Oversee backup strategies and disaster recovery processes
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and related enterprise services
  • Monitor and manage SIEM systems for security and compliance
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive timely resolution
  • Lead and support IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (shared with the team)
