Overview

Fulcrum Reliability Systems is seeking an organized and technically proficient ACC / BIM 360 Project Administrator to support our project teams through effective management of digital construction documentation and workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.


This role will serve as a key resource for maintaining project document control, configuring project environments, and supporting internal teams and external stakeholders in the use of ACC/BIM 360 platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technologically capable, and comfortable working in fast-paced construction and mission-critical project environments.


Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain project environments within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360
  • Configure and manage project structures including folders, permissions, and user access
  • Maintain document control procedures and ensure proper version management of drawings, specifications, and project documents
  • Upload, organize, and distribute project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports
  • Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and external partners regarding document updates and access
  • Monitor document workflows to ensure compliance with company and project standards
  • Support drawing revision management and ensure teams are working from the most current documents
  • Generate reports and dashboards from ACC/BIM 360 as required by project leadership
  • Provide onboarding support and training for project team members using ACC/BIM 360
  • Assist project teams with digital workflow improvements and platform best practices
  • Support administrative functions related to project coordination and documentation tracking
