Job Description

The Project Manager supports the planning and execution of construction projects. This role coordinates daily activities, including site oversight, scheduling, budgeting, contractor management, and documentation. Working under the Director of Construction, the Project Manager helps ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects including new builds, renovations, and redevelopment

  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and design teams to meet project scope, schedule, and quality standards

  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address delays or issues

  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and tracking project performance

  • Support contractor and vendor coordination, including contracts and relationships

  • Help with pre-construction planning, feasibility reviews, and permitting processes

  • Review plans, manage RFIs, and support design coordination

  • Assist with construction drawing, change orders, and cost tracking

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations

  • Communicate with stakeholders and participate in project meetings while managing multiple projects simultaneously


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in real estate development or general contracting

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management

  • Ability to read construction drawings, manage contracts, and oversee projects from pre-construction through completion

  • Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Referred experience in multifamily, land development, or commercial construction

  • Willingness to visit job sites regularly; OSHA certification is a plus!
