Full-Time | Direct Hire

About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a stable work history to support a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

This role supports a client in the insurance industry, and training will be provided on internal systems, products, and processes.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle customer needs, resolve issues independently, and contribute to a high-quality service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish.
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist with account updates, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (professional level required).
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Stable work history (2+ years in at least one role preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
