Licensed Insurance CSR (Customer Service Representative

We are a growing independent insurance agency in Cypress, Texas, dedicated to providing exceptional service and insurance solutions to our clients. We represent multiple insurance carriers, allowing us to offer customized coverage options for personal and commercial insurance needs.

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Service personal and commercial insurance accounts
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Issue certificates of insurance (COIs)
  • Assist clients with billing questions and policy inquiries
  • Review coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Follow up on outstanding underwriting requirements
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy servicing needs
  • Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Property & Casualty License r
  • Minimum 2 years of insurance agency experience preferred
  • Experience with independent agencies strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance products
