The Opportunity

At Integra we value providing superior customer service and are committed to the successful operation of our information technology systems. We are seeking a qualified IT help desk technician to assist our customers with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will work with customers remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting, while aiming to resolve issues with efficiency. Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills.

What you will do?

  • Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
  • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations in good performance.
  • Help to implement and maintain ConnectWise Manage and control solutions.
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity team to maintain and rollout tools.
  • Help in the preparation of new devices or reimage existing devices. (estimated of 3 or less new devices per week)
  • Maintain updated inventory of devices in our Inventory tracking system.
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Familiarity with MS Windows, Office, and Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of and familiarity with basic networking protocols, hardware, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues

• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, MS Windows, Office, and ERPs software is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred

• Network related certification is a plus

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
