Job Summary:
Global Pharma Tek is seeking a Programmer Analyst with expertise in .NET and JAVA. The role involves providing advanced support in the Eligibility Area, developing and maintaining applications, and supporting various processes related to Health & Human Services.
Responsibilities:
• Relies on experience, judgment and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Provides development environment support, production support, batch jobs support, evaluates possible solutions, develops alternative solutions, recommends technical modifications, and designs, develops, and maintains applications across multiple platforms and experience/understanding of agile process.
• Using web development technologies using .NET and JAVA for the CDC I-Billing, CCAC and Bridges project and upgrade technologies as needed.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of portions of other related processes in the Client Support area that support the Customer of Health & Human Services.
• Includes development of documentation in all areas under their own responsibility, navigation, data storage, data retrieval, data validation, data manipulation, printing, and other processes.
• Help in the support of the CDC I-Billing which is the web application that CDC providers use to submit their billing information.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8-11+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Relies on experience, judgment and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• May lead, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Programmer Analyst 3 as an advanced information technology programmer/analyst and technical resource in the Eligibility Area.
• Provides development environment support, production support, batch jobs support.
• Evaluates possible solutions, develops alternative solutions, recommends technical modifications.
• Designs, develops, and maintains applications across multiple platforms.
• Experience/understanding of agile process.
• Using web development technologies using .NET and JAVA for the CDC I-Billing, CCAC and Bridges project.

• Development of documentation in all areas under their own responsibility.
