Job description

Le Nobélia, sympathique résidence pour aînés privée située à Lévis, est à la recherche d'une personne pour combler un poste de préposé(e)à la maintenance à temps partiel. Rénovations d'appartements et réquisitions des résidents + toutes autres tâches connexes : pose de planchers, peinture, plâtrage


DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:

Horaire : 2-3 jours/semaine avec possibilité de garde la fin de semaine
Salaire : à partir de 20,78$


RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:

  • Changer les ampoules dans les espaces communs
  • Collaborer ou effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes au service de maintenance, selon le besoin et à la demande du supérieur immédiat
  • Déneiger ou saler les entrées extérieures
  • Effectuer les appels de service
  • Faire des réparations mineures dans les appartements et aires communes (plâtre, peinture, changer les lumières, installations diverses, etc)
  • Sortir les poubelles
  • Voir à la gestion des travaux de rénovation d'appartements selon le programme établi par la direction générale

EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
