Program Manager – Capital Planning & Financial Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support large-scale capital planning and financial operations initiatives. This role focuses on managing funding plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring accurate forecasting for complex infrastructure and construction-related efforts.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts within large enterprise environments. This role requires the ability to quickly establish context, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution while collaborating across finance, construction, and operational teams.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and manage funding plans and cost forecasts for large-scale programs
  • Analyze cost inputs related to construction, design, and startup funding
  • Track budgets and forecast future funding needs

Program & Schedule Management

  • Coordinate multiple timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Manage project schedules and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Balance competing priorities and maintain progress across initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with finance, construction, and operational teams to align on estimates and execution plans
