You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.
As a Senior UX Program Manager, you will drive the execution and strategic operations of monetization within Google's Search results pages. You will partner with UX disciplines, Product, and Engineering across Search Ads and Organic teams to ideate and execute on the future of some of the most visible elements of users interactions with Google, driving significant impact for the business.

We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Scope, plan, and deliver programs that boost UX excellence in ads. Manage complex project lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Drive consensus across functions (e.g., engineering, product, and organic search) on UX priorities, resources, and progress. Integrate varied perspectives to align stakeholders on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Partner closely with UX Designers to guide file setup, mock updates, and stakeholder notifications for high-stakes reviews. Own and drive vendor partnerships, including opex and team/vendor operations.
- Create and deliver impactful communications tailored to different audiences, from team updates to executive leadership reviews.
- Leverage AI tools, processes, and methods to address resource, technical, or time limitations, improve deliverables, and align with team goals.
