FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Mechanical Business Program Manager to manage customer programs and drive successful execution of mechanical engineering and manufacturing initiatives. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the L5 Operations Department in an office/production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Mechanical Business Program Manager will oversee program timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal operations while assisting this L5 Operations Department as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end program execution for mechanical-focused products and manufacturing initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication of requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful program execution
  • Drive program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet customer and business expectations
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities including planning, scheduling, and production readiness
  • Track and manage program risks, issues, and action items to ensure timely resolution
  • Review engineering changes and ensure proper communication and implementation across teams
  • Monitor program performance including cost, schedule, quality, and delivery metrics
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align teams and drive accountability
  • Support capacity planning, production ramp, and resource allocation for mechanical programs
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal manufacturing capabilities
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to program execution and operational efficiency
  • Prepare and present program updates, reports, and status reviews to internal leadership and customers
  • Support escalation management and drive resolution of critical program issues
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical engineering background strongly preferred over electrical engineering
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
  • Experience in manufacturing, mechanical design, or product development preferred
  • Strong understanding of NPI processes and manufacturing operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with ERP, PLM, or program tracking systems preferred
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk in an office and production environment and lift up to 25 pounds
