Innovative Care Services is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and licensed Residential Program Manager to join our team here in Green Bay, WI. Position: Full-time Licensed Residential Program Manager
Location: Community Bases Residential Facility (CBRF), Adult Family Home (AFH)
Shifts Available: Full-time position
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Times: Full-time, primarily 1st shift with night, weekend, and on-call responsibilities. Typically, Monday-Friday business hours, with nights and weekends as needed.
What You’ll Do:
As a Licensed Residential Program Manager, you will be the day-to-day leader of an assigned residential facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure quality care for both clients and staff. You will work closely with Service Coordinators to troubleshoot client barriers and ensure the successful implementation of individual service plans.
• Lead the Facility: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that client needs are met and all shifts are covered.
• Supervise Staff: Directly supervise and support all assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing proper training to ensure employee success.
• Provide Care: Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Support Clients: Contribute to grocery shopping, meal preparation, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Administer Medications: Ensure prescribed medications are administered and accurate documentation is maintained.
