Job Summary:
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Accountable for regular documentation reviews and updates from various content owners based on agreed upon changes or regular events within the WiFi Product lifecycle.
Responsible for development of team performance KPIs to measure the effectiveness of processes and create predictability in team capacity and output, including delivery of projects and tasks.
Responsible for collation and distribution of reports to summarize the team's current performance with the Lean processes, status of major deliverables, and other information deemed appropriate.
Serve as a mentor to product delivery managers, product managers, product leaders, and other team members to educate and assist them with implementing Lean processes and making improvement/changes.
For traditional projects, responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
Required Technical Skills:
Demonstrated experience defining and implementing Lean frameworks within a large enterprise
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Smart Sheet a plus
Experience in Telecommunications industry; experience managing programs within Charter a plus
Knowledge and experience with Agile delivery frameworks: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LeSS, Lean, Six Sigma
Experience: 11+ years total experience
Project/Program Management experience 7+
Lean/Agile process experience 5+
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for initial assessment of current team processes, responsibilities, and long-term objectives to develop a Lean framework and maturity roadmap for standardizing processes and achieving predictable results.
Accountable for immediate and continuous changes in processes and procedures to drive iterative improvements of team performance while minimizing any disruptions to in-progress deliverables.
Responsible for ongoing training and documentation of team standards implemented to support the Lean framework.
Responsible for fostering a continuous improvement mindset within the team by establishing and facilitating rituals to identify improvement opportunities as well as establishing processes to integrate and implement adjustments into the maturity roadmap.
Responsible for development and implementation of workflows supporting the various functions of the team while ensuring compatibility with existing workflows and processes of our internal and external partners.
Responsible for development, implementation and ongoing facilitation of prioritization processes for the different deliverables and tasks of the team.
Responsible for standardization and centralization of WiFi Product documentation based on team needs, including: team member training, product information, process information, templates, and other general content.
