Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Program Manager will support Large C&I Demand Response programs by managing program performance, forecasting, customer enrollments, reporting, and year-end program activities across multiple states. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have 7+ years of related program management experience, preferably within the utility industry. Program Manager Responsibilities: Manage 2-3 demand response programs across multiple states. Support customer enrollment initiatives, webinars, forecasting activities, and pipeline management.

Manage forecasting, budgeting, and program performance. Prepare program status reports, performance summaries, regulatory filings, and planning documentation. Coordinate billing, waivers, complaints, and yearend closeout.

Support enrollment planning and rule communication. Requirements of the Program Manager: 7+ years of related program management experience, preferably within the utility industry. Prior experience with forecasting and budgeting.

Previous experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working in regulated environments is preferred.

Experience with rebate, incentive, or demand response programs is a plus.
