Job description

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to oversee, coordinate, and align multiple interconnected projects across the organization. Unlike a project manager who focuses on individual deliverables, you will maintain a big-picture view—ensuring our suite of initiatives collectively drives long-term business value, stays optimized on resource allocation, and directly supports our core strategic goals.

The ideal candidate is a master of matrix management, an exceptional cross-functional communicator, and someone who thrives on turning strategic ambiguity into execution roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Execution

·         Define overarching program goals, success metrics (KPIs), and high-level roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

·         Map, track, and manage complex interdependencies and resource constraints across multiple simultaneous projects.

·         Drive change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new organizational initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

·         Serve as the primary bridge between project execution teams and executive leadership (C-suite).

·         Synthesize vast amounts of project data into concise executive summaries, dashboard reports, and performance updates.

·         Influence without direct authority to align cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Product, Marketing, Operations) toward shared milestones.

Financial & Risk Governance

·         Develop, allocate, and oversee macro budgets across the entire program portfolio to maximize ROI.

·         Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate macro risks or systemic bottlenecks before they impact project timelines.

·         Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, and automated workflows to streamline delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

·         Experience: 5+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives or managing a portfolio of projects.

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master''s or MBA is a plus).

·         Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), Scrum Master (CSM), or PRINCE2.

·         Software Fluency: Deep proficiency with portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).

Core Competencies:

·         Strong financial literacy and budget management skills.

·         Exceptional conflict-resolution and cross-functional negotiation skills.

·         Data-driven decision-making with experience in trend analysis and reporting.
