Job description

Job Summary:
CPI Card Group is seeking a Program Manager with Top Secret Clearance to oversee the development and implementation of assigned projects. This role involves managing project scope, schedules, and deliverables while providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
• Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
• Defines project scope and objectives.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8 years as senior-level PM or technical lead on a major program or activity.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Network Administration or related technical field with a minimum of 5yrs of experience.
• U.S. Citizen
• Top Secret / SCI eligible
Preferred:
• Advanced Management or Executive Development training or PMP.
