Who will I be working with?You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.
What level Clearance do I need?You must possess anactive Secret clearance.

What will I be doing?Using your expertise in program/project management, you will be assisting a higher-level program manager in directing the training project lifecycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long- and short-range goals and milestones,supporting USAF readiness and future operations training.In addition, you will:
- Identify, acquire, and utilize resources to achieve project technical objectives
- Direct a project team monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedules
- May, on occasion, interface with external customers as well as top management for the purpose of communicating status of project throughout lifecycle
- May supervise direct reports
- Train and direct employee work activities
- Sign timecards, prepare performance reviews, handle discipline problems, and provide input to hiring and firing as directed
