The Information Technology (IT) team enables EG with productivity tools, support operations, corporate networking, hybrid data centers, network operations center/site reliability, and IT Service Management.The TPM function with ITdrives end-to-end delivery for cross-functional technical programs from idea tolaunchso the business gets predictable, measurable outcomes. Leveraging a blend of agile and traditional methodologies, thisteamenables clarity, accountability, and execution through structured planning, well-defined scope and success metrics, disciplined risk and dependency management, and transparent communication with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the infrastructure portfolio, including hybrid cloud, data centers, and networking.
  • Own technical program management for a major data center transformation and the aligned virtualization strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of a complex, multi-workstream program, including scope, schedule, risks, and issues.
  • Oversee the infrastructure portfolio of milestones and contribute to business rhythms (quarterly/annual planning, biweekly portfolio reporting, monthly/quarterly business reviews).
  • Maintain program and project documentation, run key meetings, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of progress and changes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, helping stakeholders align on solutions and decision-making across time zones and complex stakeholder groups.

Required qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project/program management experience, including Agile practices and strong process skills and techniques.
  • Prior experience supporting or working with a data center environment.
  • Proven ability to assist subject matter experts in defining requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Strong skills in tracking schedules, risks, issues, and mitigation plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical partners, explaining rationale, solutions, and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of functional technical information (e.g., user flows, technical system design, and workflows).
  • Experience seeking and synthesizing complex information to ensure accurate understanding and decision-making.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience driving large-scale infrastructure or data center transformation programs with complex scope, stakeholder landscapes, and global time zones.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and efficiency within program or portfolio management.
  • Experience contributing to or leading portfolio-level planning and reporting (e.g., QBRs, annual planning, executive reviews).
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate communication needs and support creation of technical communication materials (policies, guidelines, presentations, executive messages).
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand internal/external customer needs and connect technical work to business challenges and objectives.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $119,000.00 to $166,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $190,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
