We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Program Manager 2:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manages and delivers a variety of projects efficiently on or under budget including: product transitions, strategic projects, new-technology implementation projects, and small-scale capital projects
  • Partners with all site departments to ensure that products/projects are introduced on time and that quality is maintained.
  • Interfaces and follows up with partners on orders and shipments.
  • Reviews key business metrics and Service Level Agreements with partner.
  • Coordinates content development and may lead discussions during quarterly business review meetings.
  • Manages implementation of new products and projects.
  • May lead weekly conference calls with partners and maintain action items lists.
  • May reviews billing invoice submittals, coordinating with finance to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Participates in and documents cost reduction programs and negotiations.
  • Specifies and compiles receipt of reports required to support partner’s business.
  • May assist general manager in providing finance with quarterly financial performance estimates.
  • Contributes to continuous business process review and improvement.
  • Develops and maintains an operational understanding of all partner’s products and processes and participates in the review and possible negotiation of SOWs, contracts, and pricing.
  • May perform other business functions as assigned

Education, Training and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 4 or more years demonstrated success in Program Management
  • Working knowledge of computer repair, process engineering and the ability to quickly grasp and apply policies and procedures and relate them to project scope.
  • Experience in managing client accounts, including contract review, basic escalation resolution, and regular communication and reports.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficient with MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
  • Excellent influencing skills to lead individuals where there is no direct reporting relationship.
  • Good judgment and analytical skills required to make difficult decisions where technical problems and competition of resources can affect the project schedule and specifications.
  • Must possess proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
