deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Program Manager in Huntsville, AL.Position Description:As a Program Manager at deciBel Research, Inc., you will lead our efforts in supporting a large DoD program providing MBSE validation expertise to the Government. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee a dynamic team serving as an unbiased third party to the Government, where you will coordinate efforts to establish and manage a common Integrated Digital Environment (IDE). You will ensure our team successfully provides continuous validation of radar vendor models and designs against Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA) standards and interoperability requirements . Leveraging deciBel Research's core competencies in modeling, simulation analysis, and sensor engineering, you will guide the program to verify technical milestones and facilitate critical architectural governance on a digital-first acquisition strategy.Education Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is strictly required for this positionExperience Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of program management experience specifically on large DoD programs, with at least 5 years managing complex programs with geographically dispersed teams.Deep foundational knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and digital engineering platforms.Proven expertise in managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance of complex federal contracts, ensuring strict adherence to project baselines and seamless delivery of all contractual requirements.Must be able to support users across multiple US time zones and travel as required (up to 20%).Must be a United States citizen to access the IDE and government data.Special Skills Desired:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.Advanced experience in implementing program management tracking methodologies tailored for complex technical acquisitions, optimizing cost and schedule execution.Proven track record of managing technical performance metrics and developing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies in a digital-first or cloud-based acquisition environment.Prior experience managing radar system technology modernization programs.Demonstrated capability in leading Government-facing risk management processes, change management boards, and generating milestone verification reports.Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance, or higher.
