Infinity Technology is seeking a motivated, detailed oriented, and customer-focused individual who would be responsible for Program Management Analyst activities in support the Coast Guard Liaison Office (CGLO) at Naval Air Station Pensacola.  This role is central to Coast Guard Aviator Production Planning (CGAPP), overseeing the training pipeline for roughly 165 flight school students and 35 instructors as they progress through Coast Guard naval aviator training.  The candidate will serve as the primary analyst and student control lead, working closely with CNATRA, NASC, TRAWING FOUR/FIVE, and USAF 23d Flying Training Squadron to keep the program on track.


*This position is primarily located in NAS Pensacola, FL, with support to NAS Whiting Field, NAS Corpus Christi, and Ft. Novosel (Enterprise, AL).*


*Partial Telework is authorized.*


*Schedule:  Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday-Saturday between 5:30 AM-5:00 PM EST (typically a standard 40-hr week within that window).*
 

*This position is Contingent upon contract award with work expected to begin Sep 30, 2026.*

This is a high-visibility position with direct impact on Coast Guard aviator production readiness, requiring someone who can step in with minimal ramp-up time and immediately add value to CGLO's mission.


Key Responsibilities

-- Plan, develop, and conduct liaison support across all CGAPP programs (introductory, primary, rotary, and fixed-wing flight training)

-- Manage and analyze training data using NIPDR and TSHARP databases; identify trends and recommend program improvements

-- Serve as direct point of contact for Student Control at NAS Pensacola and NAS Whiting Field; oversee Aviation Training Jacket (ATJ) reviews and compliance

-- Monitor student progress across pre-training, primary, and advanced training pools; coordinate with Naval Aviation Squadron Production Process Officers (NAPPO)

-- Support performance management and OER/EER input processes for Coast Guard student aviators

-- Apply qualitative/quantitative methods to evaluate program effectiveness and resource allocation

-- Act as principal CGLO Pensacola representative in CGAPP forums with DOD and partner services

-- Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain compliance with COMDTINST 1500.10D and CNATRAINST 1500.4L


Required Qualifications

-- Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant analytical/program management experience

-- Working knowledge of CNATRAINST 1500.4 (Student Naval Aviator Training and Administration Manual) and related Navy/Coast Guard training directives

-- Strong analytical, statistical, and written/oral communication skills

-- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments


Preferred Qualifications

-- Prior direct experience with CGAPP, CNATRA/NATRACOM, TSHARP, or NIPDR systems

-- Background supporting Coast Guard, Navy, or DOD aviation training programs

-- Familiarity with student control processes at Naval Air Training Command sites


Security Requirements

-- Candidate must be capable of meeting the criteria for a background investigation and have the ability to obtain a government issued Common Access Card (CAC) via MP ICAM (Tier 1 background investigation).  No classified access required.
