About the Rol

eWe are seeking a highly motivated Program Management Analyst (PMA) to support engineering and product development programs. This role requires an individual who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment, proactively gather information across multiple organizations, and drive program deliverables forward with minimal supervision

.The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with enterprise program management systems, JIRA, and cross-functional program coordination, along with demonstrated success supporting complex engineering, product development, or manufacturing programs

.What You Will Be Doin

  • gSupport program management activities across engineering, product development, and business initiatives
  • .Utilize enterprise program management systems to track program status, deliverables, milestones, and issue resolution activities
  • .Manage and maintain JIRA boards, workflows, backlog items, action items, and program metrics
  • .Collect, analyze, and consolidate information from engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • .Proactively identify missing information, dependencies, risks, and roadblocks impacting program execution
  • .Drive action item closure and follow up directly with stakeholders across multiple organizations
  • .Develop and maintain program reports, status updates, dashboards, and executive-level communications
  • .Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • .Coordinate program deliverables and support milestone readiness activities
  • .Track open issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and help drive timely resolution
  • .Support continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and reporting methods

.What You Need to Be Successfu

  • lBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related field
  • .3+ years of Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or Program Analyst experience supporting technical or product development programs
  • .Strong experience utilizing JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and workflow coordination
  • .Experience working within large, cross-functional organizations
  • .Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
  • .Demonstrated ability to identify information gaps and proactively obtain required data from stakeholders across the organization
  • .Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • .Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • .Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
