Job description

Job Summary:
Automated Media Inc. is looking for a Program Operations Analyst to support program operations and decision-making. The role involves developing reports, managing IT tasks, and serving as a liaison between business owners and vendor partners.
Responsibilities:
• Develop ad hoc reports to support program analysis
• Troubleshoot defects and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Manage assigned IT tasks under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, OEM contacts, tire manufacturers, distributors, and chemical partners.
• Serve as a liaison between OEM business owner and vendor partners to facilitate enhancements and request changes, particularly for specialized programs such as BG Chemical program, Motorcraft Motivational program, and Tire Sales Tool application.
• Track and manage open items within Confluence and Jira related to specialized programs.
• Support ongoing communications with Canada-based partners, including participation in business reviews and meetings.
• Create and maintain weekly status reports and provide updates to Management.
• Identify, prioritize, and escalate time-sensitive issues as needed.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support program operations and decision-making.
• Develop Ad Hoc and recurring reports to support billing, performance tracking, and operational reviews.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; escalate findings as appropriate.
• Communicate analysis, findings, and program updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and 3+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• High level of proficiency required in Microsoft Office - inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and contribute innovative ideas.
• Must possess a valid passport or be able to obtain one prior to start date.
Preferred:
• Jira experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the tire industry and technical data, including OE applications, tire data nomenclature, and industry standards, is preferred.
