Summary
We are seeking a strong Program Management - Pharmacy Benefits who will manage delivery of end-to-end product solution across multiple delivery areas.
Your role in our mission
Integrated Delivery Program Management is responsible for leading programs to successfully deliver and support complex product solution implementations. Solution is made up of components, delivered by multiple internal development teams. This role oversees planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple areas, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.Integrated Delivery Program Management serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What We're Looking for this Role to Do
  • Serves as focal point for all things delivery for specific client(s)
  • Partners with Implementation Practice team to map the solution scope and 'required by' dates, leads all delivery teams to build an integrated plan
  • Tracks gaps in solutions, pushes for ownership and resolution plan
  • Reports daily and weekly status to leadership, escalates any blockers
  • Facilitate working sessions to remove obstacles
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements
  • Coordinate cross?functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to implement lessons learned and product improvements
  • Troubleshoot and provide resolutions during deployments or operational rollouts
  • Drive continuous improvement in support processes
  • Supports pre-sales analysis of deals and cost estimation across delivery areas

What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of Healthcare Experience (Medicaid, Medicare, Pharmacy, etc.) and 5+ years of experience in Program Management of large software implementations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple VPs/delivery areas
  • Background in product lifecycle management and technical support, strong project management skills (planning, execution, stakeholder management)
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts, understanding of solution architecture
  • Experience in product support and Medicaid and Pharmacy operations, familiarity with regulatory CMS requirements

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
