Job description

Contractor Program Security Officer

Performs a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. Applies advanced skills and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the DoD or intelligence community
  • Experience in working with Special Access Program (SAP) information and JADE account look ups and creations
  • Experience with conducting indoctrinations, briefs, or debriefs, writing Standards of Procedures (SOPs), reviewing program security plans and SOPs for programs, and implementing security procedures in compliance with Intelligence Community directives and government policies
  • Knowledge of submitting the accesses for SAPs and maintaining SAP training and records
  • Knowledge of industry and government requirements, standards, policies, and directives supporting security programs under the DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in distinct functional or cross-functional security areas, including personnel, physical, industrial security, computer investigations, classification management, operational security, or security education
  • Experience with DoD security systems or databases, including DISS and NISS
  • Knowledge of industry and government requirements, standards, policies, and directives supporting security programs involving various classified environments, such as 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
