Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a Sr. Program Management Analyst to support the NAVWAR PMW 150 Command and Control Systems Program Office by delivering Professional Support Services (PSS) across program management, acquisition, contract management, and modernization functions. The effort supports a diverse portfolio of Navy and Joint C2 systems, including GCCS-M, tactical data links, METOC, and CBRN capabilities critical to warfighter decision-making Responsibilities Develop and maintain program artifacts including: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) Track and report program status across cost, schedule, and performance metrics Support development of executive-level briefings and program updates Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government Support preparation and submission of required deliverables, including: Monthly Status Reports (CDRL A001) eCRAFT reporting (labor hours, cost tracking) Program health, risk, and performance reports Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all reporting products Support PMW 150 reporting requirements such as organizational metrics and required DoD, DoN, PEO C4I, and PMW 150 reports, depending on assignment Coordination & Stakeholder Support Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and program reviews Coordinate across PMW 150 divisions, Government stakeholders, and external partners Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups in accordance with CDRL requirements Maintain and update program databases and repositories (e.g., DITPR-DON, DADMS, internal trackers) Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Government systems Qualifications Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field Must have an active Secret clearance 10+ or more years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis * Significant experience in U.S.

Navy programs or operations Experience supporting program management activities (cost, schedule, performance) Experience preparing reports, briefings, and program documentation Desired: Prior experience supporting NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or similar Navy program offices Familiarity with program and acquisition tools such as: DAMIR DITPR-DON SPIDER, CAPS, or similar systems Experience analyzing organizational issues and developing recommendations or solutions Experience supporting installation planning, fielding, or modernization activities Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and reporting requirements * Experience supporting financial tracking, cost analysis, or budgeting activities We offer a competitive health and wellness benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
