ACCELERATING YOUR FUTURE

The Program Manager is a key member of the Program Management Team overseeing both internal and client facing projects. This position will be overall accountable for the project from initiation through execution. This key role will be highly visible within the organization and will support the company in achieving sales and operations objectives, as well as support our client’s goals and objectives.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT     

  • Manage and oversee multiple related complex, high pressure, high visibility projects. May include both internal and client facing projects connected as a program

  • Demonstrate and apply strategic thinking and planning capabilities

  • Conduct internal and external Project Team Meetings to ensure that all stakeholders and clients are working in accordance to the agreed to plan.

  • Excellent project and program management skills, exceptional organizational and time management, attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving, and commitment to client satisfaction are essential.

  • Seeks technical, operational, and scheduling input from key stakeholders to build the project and program execution plan.

  • Manage and control project and program timeline, scope, budget, risks, and team to successful project completion.

  • Active collaboration with cross functional teams to manage scope changes and define and develop project change orders when applicable.

  • Assist with creation and improvement of standard project management tools to facilitate harmonized project execution.

  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work with all levels in the organization as well as the client’s organization.

  • Exhibit a positive attitude and flexibility in meeting client needs.

  • Maintain a sense of urgency in accomplishing work; prioritizes requests and workload, and effectively conveys priorities to the project teams.

  • Routinely prepare and present project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Continuously builds own knowledge and capabilities within the Project Management profession and stays informed of latest methodologies and tools.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology related degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of upper management experience

  • 5+ years of direct client facing project/program management experience

  • 7+ years working in Biopharma industry in a GMP environment

  • Demonstrated focus on client service, quality, and teamwork

  • General working knowledge of Cell and Gene Therapy, biopharmaceutical product/process development, technology transfer, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.

  • Self-motivated, with excellent organization and communication skills; able to work independently and part of a multi-disciplinary team.

  • Experience with standard project management tools: Microsoft project Gannt charts, risk logs, action trackers, etc.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and effectively process multiple avenues of communication and requests simultaneously.

Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, technical expertise, specialized skill sets, market demand, internal equity, and business needs.
