Corrpro Companies is looking for a Pipeline Integrity Analyst with ECDA, ICDA, and SCCDA Report Writer.

Corrpro Companies is a corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, gas utilities, government agencies, municipal water, and wastewater utilities. Corrpro is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • AMPP CP Tester or CP Technician certification preferred

  • 5 years of experience in pipeline integrity, corrosion engineering, or integrity management programs

  • Working knowledge of ECDA, ICDA, and SCCDA methodologies and associated AMPP standards

  • Experience interpreting CIS, DCVG, ACVG, ACCA, and excavation data

  • Strong knowledge of pipeline integrity regulations, including 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195

  • Experience with technical report writing and documentation, data analysis and integrity assessment, regulatory compliance and stands interpretation

  • Experience preparing technical reports

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and GIS platforms

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and technical writing skills

  • Experience with GIS applications and risk modeling tools preferred

  • Knowledge of inline inspection (ILI) technologies and anomaly assessment methodologies preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining External Corrosion Direct Assessment (ECDA), Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment (ICDA), and Stress Corrosion Cracking Direct Assessment (SCCDA) reports in support of pipeline integrity management programs. This role requires strong technical knowledge of pipeline integrity regulations, industry standards, risk assessment methodologies, and data analysis to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company procedures

  • Prepare and maintain ECDA, ICDA, and SCCDA technical reports for natural gas and hazardous liquid pipeline systems

  • Evaluate and integrate pipeline integrity data from inline inspections (ILI), corrosion monitoring programs, indirect inspection surveys, direct examinations, and historical operating records

  • Analyze and interpret indirect inspection survey data, including Close Interval Surveys (CIS), Direct Current Voltage Gradient (DCVG), Alternating Current Voltage Gradient (ACVG), and Alternating Current Attenuation (ACCA) surveys

  • Perform threat evaluations and prioritize excavation locations in accordance with applicable direct assessment methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195, and industry standards such as ASME B31.8S, NACE SP0502, SP0206, and SP0204

  • Support integrity management activities, including risk assessments, anomaly evaluations, remediation planning, and preventive and mitigative measures

  • Review field data and excavation findings to determine integrity threats and recommend corrective actions

  • Coordinate with operations, GIS, and field personnel to gather and validate assessment data

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support regulatory audits and inspections
