Job description

Primary Function:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Integrator to support the execution of complex aerospace and defense programs across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, contracts, finance, and customer stakeholders.

This role serves as a key cross-functional coordinator responsible for maintaining program alignment across cost, schedule, technical performance, and operational objectives throughout the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced DoD environments, communicates effectively with leadership and customers, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience supporting defense programs, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), program operations, manufacturing readiness, or program execution activities within a government contracting environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day execution activities across cross-functional program teams

Maintain program battle rhythm, recurring meetings, and executive review cadence

Track program milestones, action items, risks, issues, and deliverables

Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure alignment across technical, operational, and business functions

Develop and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and executive-level briefings

Assist with preparation for customer and leadership reviews including PMRs, PDRs, CDRs, EACs, and milestone reviews

Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) coordination and schedule status tracking

Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and government customers

Coordinate transition-to-production, manufacturing readiness, and operational planning activities

Support risk mitigation efforts and corrective action tracking

Maintain program documentation, reporting tools, SharePoint sites, and status trackers

Assist Program Managers with strategic initiatives, special projects, and execution priorities

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, internal processes, and program objectives
