Pay Grade: 06 | Full - Time | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide support for program to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive their maximum benefit. You will report to the Program Manager.

Primary Tasks:

1.      Coordinate daily program activities and ensure program requirements are met.

2.      Support administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.

3.      Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.

4.      Prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data.

5.      Compose, type, and share letters and correspondence.

6.      Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  •  Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
