JOB LOCATION: Huntsville, Alabama

JOB STATUS: Full-time

CLEARANCE: Ability to Obtain Secret

CERTIFICATION: NA

TRAVEL: ~15%

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Integrator for the RTC Test and Engineering Services (RTES) Contract supporting the Army Division.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited* college/university and 3 years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or an Associate's Degree and 5 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or 7 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or 7 years of military training in the assigned specialty area, or a combination thereof. Additional specialization requirements:
    Program Analyst – 2 years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance. (Must be a U.S. Citizen.)
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Must be flexible in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, competing priorities, and unpredictable events.
  • Thorough, detail oriented, and organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering instructions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • FTS Program Integrators ensure the availability of all equipment and materials necessary to assemble, test, qualify, maintain and field RTC’s TM/FTS kits, and to support integration and flight test missions. Integrators are required to become highly technically competent in the systems and processes necessary for the RTC’s TM/FTS mission.
  • Manage existing inventory of material, hardware and support equipment.
  • Use mechanical and electrical drawings, and bills of materials to request vendor quotes.
  • Create purchase requests – micro, macro, and sole source. Follow up with vendors to maintain delivery schedule.
  • Maintain a close relationship with Engineers, Technicians and Project Managers to anticipate upcoming needs.
  • Develop technical competence with TM/FTS equipment, systems, documentation and processes.
  • Assist with mission preparation and shipping.
  • Assist post mission with return shipping and accountability of equipment.
  • Travel as required for mission support.
