Job description

i3 is seeking a Program Integrator to support the TUAS Product Office. This position will provide program integration, acquisition, cost, schedule, performance, risk, business, technical, logistics, supportability, and sustainment support for assigned Battalion and/or Brigade UAS platforms.


The Program Integrator will support the TUAS Product Office in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk planning for assigned systems. The candidate will help ensure coordination across business, technical, logistics, contracting, user, requirements, and stakeholder organizations to support effective program execution.


This role includes support for Defense Acquisition System activities, requirements validation and management, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes, supportability planning, and sustainment activities. The candidate will help identify and mitigate risks, monitor program milestones, maintain program documentation, and ensure program activities remain aligned with overarching objectives.


The Program Integrator will coordinate with external organizations, including users, requirements stakeholders, Army Contracting Command, contractors, vendors, and other Army acquisition stakeholders. The candidate will also support source selection evaluations of UAS systems proposed by vendors to meet Battalion and/or Brigade UAS requirements.


The successful candidate will demonstrate strong acquisition knowledge, program integration skills, communication ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. The candidate should be able to prepare and maintain schedules, risk assessments, performance reports, and leadership updates while supporting a fast-paced government program office environment. Occasional travel is required to support program activities and stakeholder engagements.


  • Support program integration, acquisition, business, technical, logistics, supportability, and sustainment activities within the TUAS Product Office.
  • Support management of cost, schedule, performance, and risk planning for assigned Battalion and/or Brigade UAS platforms.
  • Ensure coordination across business, technical, logistics, contracting, user, requirements, and stakeholder organizations.
  • Engage with external organizations, including users, requirements stakeholders, Army Contracting Command, contractors, vendors, and Army acquisition stakeholders.
  • Support activities related to the Defense Acquisition System.
  • Support requirements validation, requirements management, and alignment with operational needs.
  • Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution activities.
  • Support supportability planning, sustainment planning, and lifecycle program execution.
  • Identify program risks, issues, and opportunities and support development of mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor program milestones and ensure alignment with overarching program objectives.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain program documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, performance reports, and leadership updates.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, risks, issues, milestones, and recommendations.
  • Support source selection evaluations of UAS systems proposed by vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and inputs for alignment with Battalion and/or Brigade UAS requirements.
  • Coordinate program activities and stakeholder engagements as needed.
  • Support occasional travel for program activities, reviews, meetings, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic government program office environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years of relevant program integration, acquisition, aviation, defense, logistics, business, technical program, or program management experience.
  • Acquisition knowledge is required.
  • Experience supporting cost, schedule, performance, risk planning, or program execution activities.
  • Experience supporting defense acquisition, requirements management, budgeting, supportability, sustainment, or lifecycle management activities.
  • Experience preparing or maintaining program documentation, schedules, risk assessments, performance reports, or leadership updates.
  • Ability to coordinate across business, technical, logistics, contracting, user, requirements, and stakeholder organizations.
  • Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor milestones, and support program alignment with objectives.
  • Ability to support source selection evaluations, vendor assessments, or technical and programmatic reviews.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.

  • Engineering background.
  • Experience supporting Tactical Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, Battalion UAS, Brigade UAS, or other uncrewed aviation platforms.
  • Experience supporting a Program Management Office or Product Office environment.
  • Experience supporting Army aviation, PM UAS, PEO Aviation, Army Contracting Command, or related defense aviation organizations.
  • Experience with the Defense Acquisition System.
  • Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes.
  • Experience supporting requirements validation or requirements management.
  • Experience supporting supportability, sustainment, or lifecycle planning for defense systems.
  • Experience monitoring cost, schedule, performance, milestones, and risk for technical or acquisition programs.
  • Experience supporting source selection evaluations of defense or aviation systems.
  • Experience coordinating with users, requirements stakeholders, contractors, vendors, or external Army organizations.
  • Experience preparing senior-level programmatic, acquisition, risk, schedule, or performance briefings.
