Job description

Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Program Integrator to support SMDC. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Will independently advise leadership on acquisition-related processes and actions, identifying gaps early and helping drive informed decisions across the organization.

  • Will be responsible for recommending appropriate acquisition approaches, coordinating staffing actions, identifying when RFIs or other market research activities are warranted, tracking milestones and deliverables, and ensuring organizational actions remain synchronized across stakeholders.

  • Actively serve as an acquisition-focused integrator who can connect technical efforts, program execution, contracting, reporting, and leadership priorities into a cohesive process.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience supporting DoW programs.

  • Will have working knowledge of the acquisition processes, program execution, documentation flow, staffing requirements, contracting actions, and the operational rhythm associated with managing acquisition efforts.

  • Must have a high level of initiative, independent execution, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.

  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
