Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for you to join the Global Patriot program management team as a UAE Patriot Program Integration Leader. You will be primarily responsible for coordinating program teams in their execution efforts on UAE sustainment contracts and new business contract captures. You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools using EVMS, RLPM, PRISM, etc. You will also be expected to work closely with and influence the Patriot Product Line, LTAMDS Product Line, functional team members, and other business units to ensure alignment and consistency through key portfolio initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies
  • Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by directors and program leadership teams to drive program success
  • Oversee performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage working with program leads and CPTs on corrective actions
  • Execute daily program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
  • Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items
  • Oversight of Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for PMO efforts
  • Ensure timely and effective RLPM gate process compliance
  • Provide guidance to program leads on the implementation of risk and opportunity management
  • Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
  • Manages the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
  • Support contract proposal process to include bidding, gating, negotiation, and contract definitization, and start-up efforts.
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have  

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • Experience preparing proposals and/or gate packages
  • Experience with program management tools
  • Experience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development
  • Supply chain or Logistics management experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program Management certification (or equivalent) or ability to achieve within 6 months
  • Prior experience as an IPT lead, program integrator, material program manager or program manager
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Prior experience with large scale proposals, including development, negotiations, and definitization
  • Experience on Patriot programs or other Air Defense Programs

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
